This site provides access to an online proofing gallery located at Shootproof.com. While the gallery is embedded on a page in this site, the information and data collected for viewing and the purchase of photos in a proofing gallery resides on the Shootproof’s secure server.
An email address is required to access a proofing gallery and saved to a visitor log for the specific gallery located on the Shootproof server. This email address is used only for the purpose of contacting you regarding any photos purchased or to notify you that a gallery is set to expire which will allow you to revisit the gallery to download photos or place a final order. Once the gallery is deleted, the email addresses of visitors is also deleted from the server.
When purchasing photos through Shootproof, additional information is collected for the purpose of processing credit card payments via a payment processing gateway provided by Shootproof. Your credit card information is not accessible to Mary D. Griffin Photography or anyone at Shootproof.com so you can rest assured that this sensitive financial information is protected. However, your name and address is retained solely for the purpose of processing and fulfillment of the order.
Photo copyright and your privacy
Mary D. Griffin Photography retains copyrights to all photos in accordance with US copyright laws and standards. Print releases can be provided to allow photos to be printed by outside photo services for personal use only.
